1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "Member") and f77xx ("the Platform," "f77xx Casino," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of f77xx, including its casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and promotional services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the f77xx platform, including visitors, registered members, and VIP account holders. If you are accessing f77xx on behalf of another individual, you also represent that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms.

These Terms are effective as of the date you first access or register on f77xx, and shall remain in effect until terminated in accordance with the provisions herein. f77xx reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior individual notice; it is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To access betting, casino games, or any real-money features on f77xx, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to all f77xx account holders:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth , valid email address, and contact details.
• Each individual may hold only one active account on f77xx. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow others to use your account.
• You agree to keep your login credentials strictly confidential and accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account.
• f77xx reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC, passport, proof of address) at any point. Failure to provide such documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal holds.

f77xx employs industry-standard KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification procedures. All verification data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Players from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and all other cities across Pakistan are subject to the same verification standards.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

f77xx facilitates deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time and will be displayed at the cashier page.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 (subject to change per payment method).
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Deposits are typically credited instantly. Withdrawal processing may take 24–72 business hours depending on the selected method and pending verification status.
• f77xx does not accept third-party deposits. The name on your payment account must match your registered f77xx account name.
• All transactions are subject to internal security checks. f77xx reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if suspicious activity is detected.
• Players with outstanding active bonuses may be subject to wagering completion requirements before withdrawal requests are approved.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

f77xx offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback deals, and VIP rewards to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion's specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount) which must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed within each promotion's detail page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements not met within the stated timeframe (usually 7–30 days) will be automatically voided along with any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active per account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: f77xx reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other activity inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

5. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and slot machines offered on f77xx operate under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are supplied by licensed third-party software providers. f77xx is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and tamper-free gaming environment.

• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error, f77xx reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets and restore account balances to their pre-game state where technically feasible.
• Bets placed after the close of a market or in error due to a system glitch may be cancelled at f77xx's discretion.
• For cricket and PSL betting markets, f77xx adheres to standard sports betting rules. Dead heat rules, void bet conditions, and settlement procedures are governed by the applicable sport's ruleset.
• In live dealer games, the dealer's actions and table rules are final. Any dispute must be raised within 24 hours of the affected session.
• f77xx monitors gameplay patterns for signs of exploitation or collusion. Unusual patterns may trigger account review.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on f77xx and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit game logic, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including chargebacks, stolen cards, or falsified transaction records.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade verification requirements.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to generate unintended winnings. Any such winnings are void and will be reclaimed.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity through the f77xx platform.

f77xx cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in cases involving suspected illegal activity. Players found in violation of these prohibitions may be reported to relevant Pakistani or international authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on f77xx — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, software code, and the f77xx brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of f77xx or its licensed content providers.

• You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any f77xx content without express written permission.
• The f77xx name, logo, and associated branding elements are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement.
• Third-party game content (e.g., slot titles, live casino streams) remains the property of the respective software providers and is subject to their individual licensing terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f77xx shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events).
• Loss of data, winnings, or account access resulting from player negligence, unauthorised account access, or failure to follow security recommendations.
• Decisions made by the player based on information available on the f77xx platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.

In no event shall f77xx's aggregate liability to any player exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. f77xx's platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Responsible Gaming

f77xx takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a means to resolve personal difficulties. We provide the following tools to all registered members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the length of individual gaming sessions to maintain control over your playtime.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing time elapsed and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through our support team. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease.

10. Account Termination & Suspension

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Players wishing to close their account should contact f77xx support with a written request. Any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements and verification clearance) will be returned via the player's last-used payment method.

f77xx reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

In cases of termination due to confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, f77xx reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, remit funds to relevant authorities.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised online gaming compliance standards. f77xx operates under applicable international gaming regulations and compliance frameworks.

In the event of a dispute between you and f77xx, we encourage players to first contact our support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. f77xx aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear their own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

12. Amendments to These Terms

f77xx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via a prominent notice on the platform and/or via email to registered account holders. The effective date of any revision will be clearly displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of f77xx following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms in full. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the platform and contact us to close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. f77xx will not be liable for any disadvantage you experience as a result of failing to review updated Terms in a timely manner.
